Just a few weeks ago the Toyota pick-up truck made its debut; rather unofficially as pictures of the vehicle were leaked of the vehicle, before the manufacturers intended it to. The vehicle has had a serious style injection, and the vehicle is expected to cause quite a lot of excitement from Toyota fans; that from looking at the outside of the vehicle will supposedly have high hopes for the interior and the performance of it.

Back in the days of old, pick-up trucks were simple, hard-working trucks, with practicality in mind, not pleasure. Over the years, however, the pick-up has become something of a status symbol - in America especially - it is the car to have to show that you are doing well for yourself.

The new Ford Transit Connect EV has been on everybody lips ever since it was first announced. The best-selling van breaking into the electric market is ready to set the bar for all its competitors. Is the £40k pricetag too much.

Renault is looking for the same success with this van as Mercedes had with their rear wheel driver sprinter, which was incredibly popular when it went on sale, as to this day still is. The van has much higher technology levels and comes in a large assortment of options, it comes in four body lengths, three heights, twin rear wheels and a load area which goes up to 17.0c/m.The renault masters gross weight can now extend up the 4.5 tonnes and has a newly developed 2.3 litre dci four-cylinder diesel engine, which comes in either 100hp, 125hp or 150hp.

Last year Renault made a rather strong attempt to increase their market share within the United Kingdom. Although Renault has been the number one best seller across Europe for years, in the United Kingdom it does not appear to be as popular.

Volkswagen have upgraded their very popular Caddy , which debuted in UK showrooms in December. It has received glistening reviews in the media, but then again there is a lot to like. Firstly, the base model van starts at a the very reasonable price of £12,100 (excluding VAT, which of course has now risen to 20% - so would be £2,420 on top of the price) and the top of the range model is £22,690 (also excluding VAT).

The all new Renault Master , again as with the Kangoo , does not fail to live up to our expectations. The cab of the van is much improved over the old model, its larger and more accessible. Other obvious featured which have been changed include the large grille on the front of the vehicle and the nose, which protrudes much more than the old nose did.
