Halloween 2025 £100 Cashback Offer is provided by MW Vehicle Contracts, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 04694904 Registered Office : Unit 24, Park Farm Business Park, Billesdon, Leicestershire, LE7 9FN. Participants agree to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) and any information or instructions published by MW Vehicle Contracts form part of these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTION: Participants who purchase a Qualifying Product (defined below) from MW Vehicle Contracts will be eligible to receive a cashback to the value specified in the promotional material and / or advertisement (Cashback), subject to these Terms and Conditions (Promotion).

OFFER: Participants who order a new vehicle on a lease agreement which is eligible for this promotion and clearly advertised as such on the website operated by MW Vehicle Contracts, www.mwvc.co.uk between 00:01 (BST)30th October 2025 and 23:59 (BST) 9th November 2025 (Promotion Period) will be eligible to claim a Cashback (dependent upon the Qualifying Product purchased) and the Cashback will exclusively be paid by way of bank transfer.

The Cashback offer cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one Cashback can be claimed per purchase of a Qualifying Product. Any of the Cashback(s) can be varied, withdrawn or extended at any time without notice.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be aged 18 or over, residing and holding a valid bank account in the UK and require registration and delivery of the Qualifying Product in the UK (Participant). Employees of MW Vehicle Contracts or its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

Participants must:

Order a Qualifying Product and return a signed order form or E-signed order form within five (5) business days of the order.

Take delivery of the Qualifying Product on or before 25th December 2025.

4) TIMING: The Cashback will be automatically paid to Participants within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Qualifying Product.

PAYMENT: Participants will receive their Cashback by bank transfer from MW Vehicle Contracts.

PARTICIPATION: Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which may be updated from time to time. MW Vehicle Contracts reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who it considers (at its absolute discretion) has violated these Terms and Conditions.

CANCELLATION: Participants who cancel their purchase will not be eligible to receive the Cashback. Participants who return the Qualifying Product within 14 calendar days of delivery will not be eligible to receive the Cashback and where Participants return the Qualifying Product at any time after the Cashback has been paid the Cashback will be reclaimed from any refund in respect of the Qualifying Product. The date of delivery counts as day one (1).

LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The Participant irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA: Any personal data you provide when you purchase a Qualifying Product and submit a claim for Cashback may be used by MW Vehicle Contracts and any affiliated company and shall be processed in accordance with the MW Vehicle Contracts Privacy Notice.
