Free Processing Fee – Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Eligibility
1.1. This offer is available exclusively to customers who receive the promotional email from M W Vehicle Contracts (“MWVC”) and have not placed an order with MWVC within the last 12 months.
1.2. The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the named recipient of the promotional message.
2. Offer Details
2.1. Eligible customers will receive one free processing fee (£275 plus £55 vat a total of £330) on their first new vehicle order placed with MWVC within the promotional period.
2.2. The processing fee will be waived in full at the point of order confirmation or refunded once the order is verified, depending on MWVC's internal process.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The offer is valid for 12 months from the date the promotional email is issued.
3.2. Orders placed after the promotional period will not qualify.
4. Redemption Requirements
4.1. To redeem the offer, customers must quote the promotional code (if applicable) or advise their MWVC representative at the point of order.
4.2. The offer can only be used once per customer during the promotional period.
4.3. The offer applies to new vehicle orders only and cannot be applied to existing orders, amendments, or reorders.
5. Exclusions
5.1. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount, special offer, or fee waiver unless expressly agreed by MWVC.
5.2. The offer does not apply to any additional fees, optional extras, funder charges, or third-party costs associated with the order.
5.3. MWVC reserves the right to refuse the offer where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.
6. General Terms
6.1. All vehicle orders remain subject to credit approval, funder acceptance, and availability at the time of order.
6.2. MWVC reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend the offer at any time without prior notice.
6.3. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

This offer is promoted by M W Vehicle Contracts Limited, registered in England & Wales.
