We work with some of the top leading UK funders such as Leaseplan, Lex, Hitachi, Alphabet and Arval to get the best finance deals and to ensure that we can constantly offer low finance rates and great prices.

We also work with a large range of suppliers to ensure that we have the most options available to you at the best possible price. We take all the stress out of the leasing process; we will do all the running around and present you with what we think is the best fit for you. Our dedicated team will be with you throughout the entire process, supporting you and answering any questions that you might have, either on the phone or via email.

How we do it

We are a family business that has grown over the years, and our biggest aim is to ensure that you, our customer, gets the best deal, the best price, and the best support possible. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. All our accounts managers are fully trained by the BVRLA (British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association) which provides a code of conduct for us to follow and ensures that the customer is at the heart of the leasing deal.

Our website is loaded with information that will help you decide which finance option is best for you, with finance guides for both personal and business leasing, and finance forms that will enable you to apply for leasing credit. Our fair wear and tear policy is available, letting you know exactly what you need to do to ensure that your vehicle meets the end of lease condition. With insurance options being offered and dedicated FAQs there isn’t anything that you can’t find out on our site about us and what we do - we want to be as transparent as possible and assure you that you, our customer, are our main priority.

MW Vehicle Contracts want you to feel part of our family; lots of our customers come back again and again and pass on by word of mouth what a great service we offer. Our news and blog will keep you up to date with what we are up to and handy tips on how to get the most from your money without compromising on your vehicle. We also support a local charity, LOROS, and often find ourselves doing team fundraising activities helping us push out of our comfort zone and pull together to make us a better team.

Supporting our customers through the leasing process

Some people are familiar with the process of leasing a vehicle. To many of our repeat customers it’s now almost second nature. However, vehicle leasing is a brand new process to most of our customers and with this in mind we aim to make things as easy as possible. We have dedicated departments for each stage of the process meaning as a customer you are always in contact with specific experts at all times. From the initial enquiry with the sales team, through to sales support who walk you through signing finance documents and arranging delivery. We also have a Customer Relations Team, Who are in place to support our customers with problems or issues during their agreement.

Add to this, the fact that once you become a customer of MW Vehicle Contracts you will be assigned an Account Manager who will check in with you at key points of your agreement, making sure everything is running smoothly and aiding in any questions or additional support you may need.
